Meet the Chief Engagement Officer
Ben Griffith has over 20 years of experience in the incentive industry. He has received industry designations as an “Incentive Professional” and a “Certified Engagement Practitioner”. His work experience has given him a robust understanding of how to apply strategies to grow businesses by motivating and recognizing their most valuable asset, people.
He attended Vanderbilt University where he studied Communications and the Italian language. His previous work experience includes being a Navy “Mustang” (3 years enlisted & 5 years officer) who served as the Tomahawk missile officer (“Strike”) on an Aegis Cruiser throughout the crisis of 9/11 and afterward during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Having traveled to 33 countries on 5 continents, he has a deep love for international travel and diverse cultures. His faith in Christ influences his work ethic and integrity. It also gives him a strong appreciation for the unique value each individual has inherently and their ability to contribute to continuous improvement within their organizations. Ben thrives on helping companies win and rewarding the individuals who make that happen.
Ben lives in Delaware with his beautiful bride of 27 years. Together, they have three wonderful children and two precious grandchildren. Ben loves helping others, investing quality time with family and friends, exploring new places, learning new things, and being outdoors (hiking, camping, fishing, racquetball, pickleball, volleyball, cycling, sailing, etc.).

Meet the Vice President of Sales
Brian Szymanel brings over 20 years of expertise in the incentive industry, crafting programs and experiences that inspire and motivate. Born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut, Brian pursued his passion for hospitality and service at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration.
For the past 19 years, Brian has shared his life with his beloved wife, building a beautiful family that includes their two wonderful daughters. Together, they embrace life in Tampa, Florida, where Brian’s love for the outdoors shines through. Whether exploring national parks, fishing the flats, traveling to new destinations, or playing and watching sports, Brian’s zest for life is contagious.
Known for his dedication to both his family and profession, Brian’s blend of experience, enthusiasm, and a love for adventure continues to fuel his journey.
